Helping you achieve your business goals.

Meet Nicole

I began my career at the largest privately held agribusiness in the US, starting within their Global IT division. Eager to make a tangible impact, I quickly transitioned to a business-facing role where I could observe, learn, and contribute to solutions that directly affected our customers.

Early in my career, the company underwent a significant transformation, shifting its focus toward becoming a leader in digitalization and analytics—just weeks after dissolving its entire data and business intelligence team. This created a unique opportunity for my colleague and me to challenge the status quo. Instead of the traditional approach of having IT understand the business, we flipped the script. We designed a two-month self-service analytics experience that empowered business professionals to explore and utilize their own data. Participants received hands-on training in business case writing, learned three self-service analytics tools, and benefited from personalized coaching at key milestones.

The response was phenomenal. Our goal was to attract fifty participants, but we were overwhelmed when 737 people signed up within days. This initiative not only proved to be a resounding success in upskilling employees, but also uncovered over $300 million in business opportunities by teaching teams to view their data through a different lens.

This formative experience gave me a profound understanding of approaching problem spaces differently, through insight and ingenuity. The challenges and successes I faced laid the groundwork for my passion to help others achieve their business goals.

Over the past few years in management consulting across agribusiness, financial services, tech services, and CPG industries, I've observed a critical gap between stating a business goal and charting the path to get there.

My mission now is to bridge that gap and help you reduce uncertainty to achieve ALL of your business goals.

I can help.
